Policies & Terms

By placing a reservation with Reynars Limo Service you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize Reynars Limo Service to charge your credit card in full or part deposit relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.

Reynars Limo Service agrees with the customer to provide the service and supplies contracted.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The individual responsible for payment ("Customer") understands and agrees that all charges are assessed by Reynars Limo Service.
  2. A Credit Card must be provided at time of Booking
  3. 50% deposit on service is required at time of booking (non-refundable)
  4. All bookings for Weddings, Graduations and special events must be booked 30 days prior to event.
  5. Payment for Weddings, Graduations and special events is due in full 15 days prior to event, all other bookings must be paid in full 7 days prior to event. If for any reason full payment is not made at this time, a voluntary release of the booking will take effect. Customer will not be refunded the portion of the charges received to date.
  6. All checks must be cashed 7 days prior to any rendering of service.
  7. All balances are authorized by Customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance of services.
  8. All bookings by persons under the age of 19 require parent / guardian signature.
  9. Reynars Limo Service will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable act of God.
  10. Any downsizing of previously reserved duration of service or vehicle size will not relieve Customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled charter.
  11. If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in 1/2 hour increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract.
  12. All stops should be prearranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers must know all stops in advance of the service. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion.
  13. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers is prohibited. No alcohol beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles. Consumption of Alcohol is never tolerated under any circumstances. Alternative beverages are available upon request for additional cost.
  14. The individual responsible for payment ("Customer") and all passengers in Customer's party are expected to conduct themselves in a manner not injurious to themselves, to third parties, or to the hired limousine. –
  15. All limousines are non-smoking. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette. And Customer will be subject to a $100 charge for each incident. No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
  16. If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind that Reynars Limo Service deems valid, no refund of money will be made. Reynars Limo Service reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate.
  17. Customer is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any part of the vehicle harmed by any passenger.
  18. Emerging from the sun roof while the vehicle is in operation is prohibited. If passengers are minors, the sun roof will remain locked closed, the dividers will remain locked open, and a phone number of a parent of one of the passengers must be given to the driver prior to the ride.
  19. Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract
  20. Driver gratuity is optional but certainly appreciated.
  21. Discretion on the part of Reynars Limo Service and our employees is ensured.

Cancellation Policy:

    1. Cancellation period will be 15 days prior to event for Weddings, Graduations and Special Events, with no return of deposit. 
    2. All other bookings will have a 7 day cancelation period prior to event, with no return of deposit.

Limitations of Liability:

  1. Reynars Limo Service is not responsible for: Cash, jewellery, computers, items left in vehicles, loss or damage to luggage worth more than $250, including contents. Carryon items that may be damaged in transit. (Luggage amounts are based on one suitcase and one carryon per passenger. If luggage amounts exceed the average please consider upgrading to a larger vehicle.) Our Chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client's request, but assume no liability for doing so.
  2. While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks, ipod’s, mp3’s, DVD’s and other various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period. We reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. 
  3. In no event shall Reynars Limo Service or any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, information providers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of action) arising out of use of the service by any person, including but not limited to any damage caused by any reliance on, or any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any information and content accessed over the service, any use or inability to use the service for whatever reason, including but not limited to communications failure or any other failure with transmission or delivery of any information accessed through the service.
  4. Any goods or services discussed, purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the service, in each case even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  5. In the event of any physical damage to the limousine caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge for the repair and/or cleaning of the limousine. This includes, but is not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($200 Cleaning Fee), Beverage Spillage / Staining ($100, Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($10 Per Glass), Burns ($500 Replacement/Repair), Smoking ( $100 per violation ) Upholstery Tears ($500-1000, Replacement/Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1500-2000).
  6. Out of town trips may incur an additional 3.5% fuel surcharge,mileage of $1.75 per kilometer.All charges (except for 3.5% fuel charge) will incur an additional 12% HST tax. Prices do not include gratuity.
